I can no longer see App Store icon. There is also no “restrictions” option when I go to settings - general etc

Please do not post duplicate posts. They are confusing and a waste of everyone's time.
If you are running iOS 12, then you need to go to Settings>Screen Time>Content & Privacy Restrictions and make sure that all App Store options are turned on under "Allowed".
