My i phone 6 tells me when I TRY TO UPDATE MY APPS that my verification failed and I do not have apple id. I do have apple id but it does not want to verify it, can u help

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
