I was searching on google and found tutuapp helper for iOS devices I want to know is it safe to install it or if not then any alternative to this?
Side loading anthing from a web site opens the potential for the simultaneous installation of all sorts of malicious code. You really have no control over exactly what does get installed (along with whatever you think you’re installing) that way.
