Dear, Apple Team!


I really need help and solution to the problem.

Speech about the Prisma application, it was already installed on my phone a long time ago, and it was not long ago that I received a free subscription offer. Very rarely used this application, and I do not need it.

There were attempts to withdraw money from my card -19.99 $. But nothing has come off yet, because there is always little money on the card. I am from Ukraine, from an ordinary family.


I do not need this program, so I want to cancel this automatic subscription. Help me please make a cancellation from the subscription!

Dear Eric, good day.

Earlier, I turned to you on the question of unsubscribing from the Prisma application.

I contacted Prisma technical support in Moscow, they told me that there was no prepayment, there is no active subscription to their product. I can’t manually cancel my subscription via my phone.

I called my bank and tried to resolve the issue of withdrawing money with it. When I start to tie any card of the bank to my Icloud - I want to withdraw $ 19.99. I can not tie a card, because I do not want to pay $ 20 for nothing.

I can not update more than one application, I can not go into the application to pay for products in the store, I can not pay utilities through the bank application and much more.

My storage on Google Drive also asks to extend it, but I can not do it.

Hi Eric, thank you for taking time for my situation!

I go through the second link that you wrote - I get into Contact Apple Support, I choose an Iphone there - then I select subscriptions and purchases - then I select View, change, or cancel subscriptions and it gives me this page, see the screen. Is this a joke?)

When I already ask for support, that they would unsubscribe me from Prisma)
