Err = 8288

I recently purchased Taylor Swift's Fearless album. The song download and it appeared that the digital booklet also did, except it didn't. I've gone through the troubleshooting and followed instructions on other posts regarding this error, yet when the digital booklet tries to download, it tries to re-download the entire album. The entire LP tried to re-download each and everytime I open iTunes.

Here's the error I keep receiving. Anyone else have this issue?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 10.3.3

An "iTunes LP" is a bundle of content over and above the tracks themselves. I doubt iTunes is trying to redownload those. Close iTunes, locate and delete a folder called Downloads that you should find inside your iTunes Media folder, which in turn is likely be in ~/Music/iTunes, then try downloading again.

Reboot your computer. Clear the download folder again. Use Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Reset Cache. Try once more. If it still fails use https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ to report the issue to Apple.

I tried deleting the folder called Downloads and received a new error.
