Unable to make in-app purchase

I have been trying to purchase on one of my apps, and every time it tells me to update my info or go to this website. What is that happening?

You're not being told to go to this website, these are user forums and we are just felow users. If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support and if you haven't done as instructed :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
