What is the Apple Pay acceptance in Bulgaria? Meaning if I have Apple Pay wallet with a bank from Poland shall I be able to pay with my iPhone in merchant’s places in Bulgaria.
Apple Pay is not available in Bulgaria. So it doesn't matter what country you come from -- there is no Apple Pay in that country.

With no banks in Bulgaria supporting Apple Pay, my understanding is that merchants that may accept contactless payment, probably would not be set up to accept Apple Pay. The best you can do is ask if you see the contactless payment icon at the merchant's point of sale terminal. They can certainly answer the question better than we can from here in the US, and being just a user like you.
What sberman means is that despite the fact that you have Apple Pay, because it is not supported in Bulgaria, there are no terminals in Bulgaria for you to use Apple Pay on. If none of the merchants accept Apple Pay, there is no where for you to use it. Does that help?
So is paying with Apple Pay restricted in Bulgaria in general by Apple or it is to the merchant’s acquiring bank that should develop Apple Pay acceptance? Meaning not restricted.

There are fees involved in using Apple Pay. There must be contractual relationships established between Apple and the merchants and/or banks before Apple Pay can be launched. Clearly this has not yet happened in Bulgaria.
