I’m a musician and Ive been trying to figure out how to upload my songs on iTunes considering I already have a account it doesn’t make since to pay someone else to put my music on iTunes when I already have an iTunes account where people can follow me and it actually be me not the website

The Apple ID account that somebody has a consumer does not suffice to sell content in the iTunes Store. The latter is a whole different legal and commercial relationship.
