What is 'this app' ? If you are seeing a purchase on your iTunes account's purchase history that you are claiming that you didn't buy, and if nobody on else did it, try contacting iTunes Support and see what they say, obviously nobody on here can potentially refund you for whatever it is : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
