Why does my payment info keep saying “your payment method can’t be processed right now”

I can’t download any apps. Even free ones! So I tried adding a different card to my payment info and it keeps saying “your payment info cannot be processed right now” WHY?!? HELP!

Try If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support. Contact iTunes - Official Apple Support and ask them.
