Apple Watch speaker muffled

For some reason after a year on Watch three, this speaker sounds Muffled? I don’t know if it’s because I take showers with it. But for some reason it sounds like instead of Chirping, i’m covering the birds mouth.

I think it cleared off. I had to use the water lock 6 times and it sounds normal.
