How do I find out the date I added a contact??

There isn't a way to search for a contact based on the date it was added. As far as I know there's no notation in a contact as to when it was added either.

I don’t know of any way to find a contact by the date you created it. However, if you remember part of it, you can do a spotlight search for it.
