I have an iPhone 6s and the battery life wont even last half a day. It dies and loses so much battery even when I’m not using it and I’m hoping that a new battery will fix it. I don’t know where to buy a battery that works for the phone or if it’s wven worth buying a battery versus a new phone.

Apple does not sell parts. If you wish to have your battery serviced, then make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple store for replacement. It is up to you as to whether it is worth having it replaced, or if you wish to purchase a new phone. Look at the cost differences for replacing a battery on a device released 4 years ago versus the price of a new phone.
