iPhone X Lock Screen Chinese Characters

Recently, after iOS 12.0.1 Update, the following Chinese characters are appearing on my lock screen:

I have already checked every calendar option in settings, additionally, I tried changing the options, restarting the phone, and then changing the options back.

I just can't figure out where this is coming from.

iPhone randomly shows boxes next to words This recently started happening. It doesn’t happen all the time, only occasionally. A square will appear next to the words on the screen. The example image shows the Lock Screen with boxes next to Sleep focus is on and No Alarm. I can usually get them to disappear by restarting the phone. It has also happened on the words during phone calls. This started happening on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and continued happening on my iPhone 13 Pro Max.

The letters "BBC" randomly appear in my text messages... I recently purchased a iPhone 7 another person. It was set to factory default, etc. Lately, when typing a text message (or imessage) the letters "BBC" appear, as if it were predictive text. It's not predictive text. It appears in random places and has nothing to do with what I am typing. What can I do to stop this? Thank you!

The only thing I can think of is resetting the device to factory settings. That would most definitely remove that.
