can somone see if you removed a reaction on a text iphone

I “unsent” or removed a reaction from a message and theN got a message on my end that said- “you removed a heart from..”. But I don’t want my reciever to see that I changed my mind and removed a reaction..

Unfortunately you can’t delete messages for others. If you delete a message only you can’t see it anymore, your receiver can unless the message wasn’t send already. The person who would receive the message can’t see you deleted it for yourself.
