My Apple ID is not available

im trying to update my apps but can’t, get a massage that my Apple ID is not available ! Can u help me with that or if u find out what the problem is.

Can you use your Apple ID other places? Have you tried signing out and back in?
If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
