How can I transfer music from iTunes on my iPhone to iTunes on my PC?

iPhone 6s, iOS 12.0.1

You can transfer purchased music, if that’s what you’re asking. The iPhone is not meant to serve as your music repository.

While plugged into iTunes, use iTunes‘ menu to do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases...
