- What iOS device and model are you using? Example, iPhone XS Max, iPod touch (6th generation).
- What iOS version is currently installed on it? Example, iOS 12.0.1 (you can get this under Settings > General > About > Version).
- What are you trying to connect to? Example, a bluetooth device (speaker, headphones), a wired connection to a stereo, to a computer and iTunes, the iTunes Store app.
- What is happening when you try? If you get any error messages, what are they?
