What should I do?

After downloading the high sierra supplimentary update there came a request for restarting and I have restarted.

After a few moments it got restarted and this three things pops out.

I have diagnosed it but the result says that

So after that, you ran Apple Diagnostics and it reported "No issues found". Unfortunately, Apple Diagnostics is not the most comprehensive test. If it reports an issue then you can be sure there is one. But just because it reports no issues found doesn't mean there isn't one. Apple has much more comprehensive tests they can run if you take it.

If you like you can run Etrecheck It is a diagnostic tool that's very useful to us in finding problems. Also it will give us further specs on your Mac. After it runs post the log file here. It will contain no personal information.

Yes, ofcourse.

After diagnosing

He clicked #GET_STARTED and Safari is opened on a temporary screen where there was no icon bar at the bottom but there was the applešŸŽ icon at the top along with one or two icons. Then he clicked the apple icon and clicked on #SHUTDOWN. Shutdown normally.

Then Turned On the Mac and it was all normal.

Now I can use it as I used it before.
