Apple ID has been disabled?

I've reset my password multiple times and i still get the same message that says "For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/." i followed those instructions and still run into the same problem

See If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support. Reach out to iTunes - Official Apple Support if you cannot resolve things yourself. This is a user to user support forum. No one here can assist with account related issues.
