iCloud invoice
hello, I’ve got this invoice for icloud, I have not read or heard anything about that I need to pay for my Icloud, when did this happend? Why do you suddenly need to pay for icloud?

You would only need to pay for iCloud if you upgraded from the free 5GB level -- and that is something that doesn't happen automatically; you would know if you did it.
I suspect that the "invoice" is a phishing scam attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. See: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
and Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
The following has information on how to see how much storage you have and how much of that you are actually using. Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support
