Apple ID has been disabled

I have reset my Apple ID password, I have signed out and signed back in and yet still I get the message while trying to update my apps that my Apple id has been disabled. I am getting really frustrated. Why is Apple so diffucult!!?!?!

If resetting its password and then logging out and back in hasn't fixed it contact iTunes Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
