Updating Password for Exchange Account in iOS 12

The option to update a password in iOS 12 has been removed under Passwords and Accounts. I called tech support, and they instructed me to delete my account and add it again. This is horrible standard work for something that I need to do every 3 months due to security issues. Can you please add this feature back or train your tech support team the proper way to update a password?

iPhone 7, iOS 12.0.1
