I got an e-mail from Apple***@Apple .com saying that theres an error in my apple id activity and got me to send my card information and apple id information!! Is my credit card and apple id safe or what?

I would contact my card company and tell them.you've been scammed. They will likely issue you a new card. I would also change my password.
With such a question, you'd better turn to apple's official support and not trust such fake emails.
What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.
