Hayu app giving region has no access to hayu content error message

I have download and subscribed to Hayu. I have the app on an IPad and works fine but, on Apple TV is giving me “your region has no access to hayu content” even before it gives me the option to sign in. I’m from Canada, iTunes location is Canada and app is available on Canada. I’ve talked to Hayu support and did several troubleshooting suggestions with no luck. They have directed me to Apple Support.


Any help would be appreciated :)
