Stained AirPods case

Hi everyone, so i bought AirPods four days ago and I wanted to keep them free from any scuffs or scratches so I wrapped them in a black microfibre cloth ( from apple that came with an iMac ) and it turns out that the cloth stained the AirPods case. It made it way darker than it was originally and it seems like the stain in deep in the plastic because it cannot be rubbed off or cleaned easily. I do not want to try cleaning them with some kind of bleach or alcohol as it is suggested online in case the solvant attacks the plastic and ruins these brand new AirPods. Does anyone know how i could remove this stain from the plastic ? Thanks.
