Constant Background Activity Slows My Mac

I've been trying to figure this out for months now. I'm getting constant errors and faults in Console about advertising. I've tried deleting third-party apps and removing anything in the Library that refers to them but there's no change. I don't know what else I can do. It's happening multiple times a SECOND! (Using macOS High Sierra on Mac mini (Late 2014) with 4GB memory. Here's a screen shot from Console.

FINALLY! Problem solved. So far, anyway. After posting above, I continued to search for answers. I found something related to Bluetooth devices and gave it a try. Even though I have Bluetooth turned off, I still have a device in the list that I haven't used in months, so I turned Bluetooth on, highlighted the device, clicked the X to remove it, turned Bluetooth back off, and haven't seen the error messages since! And everything seems to be a little faster, too.
