IPad Pro 10.5 does not store videos captured at 60 fps?

I have a problem uploading my videos captured in 60fps to my iPad Pro 10.5. These videos are being captured using my iPhone X or GoPro 7 Black. I have no issues if they are captured using 240, 120, 30, 25, 24fps. Any work around on this? Thanks
