QR CODE - need to cancel

I have NO idea how I got signed up for a 2.99 charge every month for a QR Code reader... PLEASE tell me how to cancel. I went into the receipt and hit the buttons and then the browser went to "connecting to iTunes store" but it sits there and nothing happens!
