Unknown applications showing up

I would be grateful if someone could give me some advice. In Parental Controls, when selecting which applications to allow, strange titles such as AirScanLegacyDiscovery, CanonIJR2,4,6, epsonfax show up in the list. Also there are scripts with names like Match, Extract, Copy. I don't even have a printer or scanner or fax machine so I don't know why these canon things are showing up. Is there any way I can delete these pesky hidden applications. Tried looking in my home folder but to no avail. Is there any way I can delete these and stop them from showing up?

I just had a porn popup on my imac, what do I do?? I minimized my Safari browser to print something from a pdf and there was a pornographic picture on a window. I didn't pay any attention if there was any writing or what the web address was because my son was sitting on the couch behind me. Help, I've never had this happen on a mac before.

Weird tags in my finder preference list. I was just going through my preferences to find something else and noticed 3 weird tags at the end of the list. They aren't enabled. I had some weird stuff happen recently while trying to get Bigfishgames manager to work on the new computer and now I'm a bit paranoid about malware. Has anyone seen this? Is it something I should be worried about? Thanks!
