There is a charge on my bank account and I haven't used itunes in 7 years

I switched to android 7 years ago and haven't used itunes since. All of a sudden there is a charge on my bank account for 4.25. I haven't even had this bank account that long. How do I find out about this charge and stop it or any further ones.
