MacBook Pro 2014 can’t find update

If I were you, I would re-download the Mojave full installer from the App Store app and install it overtop of your 18A389 build. That should get you up to the 18A390 build and perhaps the System Preferences Software Update will kick in with an update.

Come to think of it, if you download the full installer from the App Store app, at this point in time, it will install the 10.14.1 version, as that will be the only version of the installer currently available.

My iMac (Retina 5K, 27 Zoll, Ende 2015) just tells me its already up to date with 10.14 with no updates to install.

What build are you currently on?

Is it 18A390?

On 18A38.

I was using the 10.14 public beta for some time, thought being on the GM now and then moved back to the "stable channel"

Do you mean 18A389? There is no 18A38.

Keep in mind that my question was for the original poster, not you. Things get complicated when folks piggyback on someone else's issue.

Same build here. I was on the public beta as well, I assume thats the issue. My friend who is on 10.14 and never on the beta has a build # of 18A391.

Yep, that's what I plan to do. Just need to free up enough space to do it 🙂

That link doesn't work, but I did install the full 6GB version a couple hours ago, and now all good!

Installing the 10.14.1 as full installer downloaded from the App Store brought me up to the right version.
