If you're just trying to unsync devices that are all yours and not other family members, you can just sign out of the devices that you do not want to sync anymore.

If you're just trying to unsync devices that are all yours and not other family members, you can just sign out of the devices that you do not want to sync anymore.
Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac
If you're sharing an Apple ID with a family member or members, you'd want to create separate Apple ID's for everyone and then you could set up Family Sharing, to be able to have access to any purchases that were made with that Apple ID.

Set up Family Sharing
