adapter bluetooth for Ipod Classic befor 2006

I want to buy a bluetooth transmitter adapter for my Ipod Classic manufactured in 2006 or before.

I tried to buy it by Amazon, but found it only for Ipod manufactured after 2006 (31 pins).
How can I get it? How could I specify this adapter?

No one is making new adaptors for 12 year old products.
