My phone has been hacked and possibly jail broken. How can I verify if it has indeed been hacked and how can I remove the spyware?
Unless you have performed a "jailbreak" on your phone in the past, there is no known way to hack and install spyware on an iPhone.
Here is how to thoroughly and completely cleanse your iPhone. Once you do this, basically start over with a brand new iPhone (software-wise). In other words, do not add previously installed apps, restore from a backup, etc.
