Testing Delphi Pump on G5 Early 2005

How can this pump be tested with a 12v power supply after rebuilding LCS? I have tried pins 1 as ground and pins 2&4 to 12v dc with nothing happening.

There were no G5 Power Macs made in 2008.

The liquid cooled Power Macs were made in 2005. See if the article in the link below helps.

Thanks, oldheimers! Allan, I have researched the pins for the connector on this model, and pin 1 is ground, pin 2 is V mot and pin 4 is the 12v motor. Have tried just pin 1 and 4 to a 12v dc power source with nothing happening. I tried with pin 2 also connected to 12v along with pin 4, nothing happened. I am wondering of this pump needs to be plugged into the computer's power supply to operate?
