MacBook Won’t Start

Every time I go to turn on my MacBook Pro, the screen says “Your computer restarted because of a problem” then it tries to restart, and then that pops up on the screen again and it will do that for about 2 minutes then it will shut down. It has been doing this all day and did not start until I tried to install the latest update.
