Migrate only one user profile to new Mac

My partner and I currently share a MacBook Pro, each with our own user account. I just bought a new one (yet to ship), and the idea is that we split them so we each have our own machine. Is there a way in the Migration tool that I can migrate only the things in my profile to the new Mac and not both profiles?
