Compressor Won't Encode Entire Movie

I am trying to encode a 14 minute movie using Compressor 4.4.1. I have never had an issue of any kind using Compressor prior to this issue. Compressor says that the encoding was successful but it doesn't encode the ENTIRE movie. It is always anywhere from 10 seconds to 30 seconds short of encoding the entire movie. I have tried using 3 minute movies which have been successful in the past but are now short of encoding the ENTIRE movie. I have tried using the Apple listing choices for Compressor with no luck with encoding the ENTIRE movie. I haven't changed any past settings which have always successful with no issue. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
