one-handed dvorak

Is there any way to request an accessibility feature for IOS? I use the right-handed-dvorakkeyboard layout, which is a standard inclusion for keyboard layouts in Windows and OSX, but I'd also like to use it on the ipad for better accessibility. Is there any way I can request this feature?
