Is it broken?

I dropped my iphone a lot of time but it was all good. But today I dropped them and after that when someone calls or when there is like a notification, the sound is like a buzz and a click at the same time. And when I click on my home button it also makes a click sound. Is it broken? or is there a way to fix it?
