Qemu-system-x86_64 taking up 100% of my CPU usage

For the past couple of weeks I've been finding that my Macbook Air (early 2015) has been reaching temperatures between 70 - 80 degrees with the fans spinning like crazy, especially when watching videos. Also, even when I'm not running any applications, I find that my Mac is still running really hot (60 - 70 degrees), which indicates to me that something is heavily running in the background. I checked Activity Monitor and found that something called "Qemu-system-x86_64" has been taking up around 100% of my CPU usage. Is this linked to why I've been experiencing much higher temperatures? How would I fix this issue? Here are some screenshots.User uploaded fileUser uploaded file
