So I’m a YouTuber and I use iMovie diligently, but recently I have been having trouble editing videos and what not because it keeps saying that the video is downloading from iCloud. I know it means I have Optimized my storage but how do I remedy it?

I know what it means, I just don’t know how to fix it. Please help I need these videos😩

Ive got this to. Been trying to fix it for 3 days straight. I was editing a much longer video before this one and it was fine with optimized storage on awe its doing my head in. Please help anyone!!!
