Mirroring to an iPad

Hello Community,

How can I screen mirror my iPhone to my iPad?

When using the Screen Mirroring function, the iPhone does not see the iPad or the iPad does not see the iPhone even when on the same network and close to each other. It only displays "Looking for Apple TV..." but nothing else shows on either device.

Please note: Potentially, 60 or more people would be doing this at the same time if it works. Users will attempt to mirror their iPhones on iPads to see documents and other files better.
