Disabled Apple ID

Can someone please tell me how to fix disabled Apple ID. I sign out, change the password and it allows me to sign back in with new password but when I try to update apps from App Store it looks although it is starting and then comes up “Apple ID has been disabled”

If the message doesn't indicate that it is for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
