Anyone else having trouble with Apple Business Manager?

Everytime I try to go to the Apple Business Manager site (business.apple.com) since I registered there, all I get is a screen saying "We'll be back soon. We're busy updating Apple Business Manager and will be back soon." Anybody else having this problem?
