About IOS 12.1

I have iphone7

I installed IOS 12.1 but half of my phone apps are down , like an instagram and so on.

And my phone is very slow.

What should I do?!

Pleas e guide me.

I suggest you re-update the phone using iTunes. It’s likely the update you have is broken. Keep in mind, if that fails, then you may end up restoring the phone to factory default.
