I cannot see any such error in the feed. Podcasts Connect says you feed was previously submitted (and so won't validate it - this is normal) but also complains about your image. This is 1115 x 115 px and so below the acceptable minimum of 1400 x 1400 px. You should correct this and then try submitting again.
