iTunes/Motorola L7 cell phone

Hello,
This may seem like a very basic question, but here goes.

I was able to install iTunes and Quick Player with no problem. However, when I plug in my phone to the pc it does not sync. I am suppose to see a little phone on the screen to drag and drop my music. It is not there....I even went so far as to install the software again on my laptop, still not there. I may be missing something here, please help.

The Motorola L7 doesn't directly connect with iTunes. The only iTunes-compatible phones are the Motorola ROKR and RAZR.

Interesting...the box that I have states that it is compatible. I received the iTunes installation disk and the program is on my phone, but it will not sync.

Any other information that you or anyone can give me would be helpful.

My error. Everything I found before on the L7 indicated that it wasn't iTunes compatible, but searching again, I found a model of the SLVR L7 which apparently does work with iTunes. Sorry about the bad information.

I haven't been able to find anything useful in the way of suggestions. You might try checking the Using iTunes-enabled mobile phone with Windows forum. There have been a number of threads regarding the L7 and iTunes (search for "L7"), and if none of those help, asking there may get you faster and more accurate suggestions.

i can help you i have the same phone the slvr what you have to do is on the phone when you plug it in the usb select iTunes on the phone then it should appear in iTunes

you need to set your phone memory to the memory card not the built in phone memory (at least that's how my razr v3i works), make sure you have the most updated itunes (www.apple.com -- of course)
