My subscription expired

I have been using Hurriyet App since 2 years. today when I enter app there was a such a message that, my subscription expired . They asked me to renew my subscription. However I have still subscription up until May 4, 2019. Nevertheless, once I have tried to re subscribe addionally, I have received an error message. I have done all your recommendations to fix the issue (ie deleting and uploading, shuting down the phone etc. )


Could you please help me to solve this problem.
